Who? What? Why?

Hi my name is Sara. My mom bought me a sewing machine on my birthday last year. I started just making Halloween costumes and since then I have dove head first into sewing and crafting. When I first started I found all these great blogs that had wonderfully creative ideas which really helped me out. Since then I've made all kinds of stuff for my daughter and me. I decided to start this little blog so I would have a place to record all the things I make. I often look at something think it's cute and then look at the price tag(and since I'm so cheap thrifty) and think "i can make that". Also I enjoy making things and feel it makes certain things that much more special to me(i.e. if Reagan is wearing a Easter or Christmas dress that I sewed for her). So if you would like to come on over I will try to show you some of my inspiration and then show you how I make it. I am definitely a beginner in this wonderful world of sewing and crafting, so maybe we can learn a few things together.
